SHIPPING
Shipping typically occurs within 1-2 days of ordering.
Once shipped, the customer will be sent a tracking link.
Estimated delivery time for Italy: 1-2 business days (3-4 business days for smaller islands).
Shipping is free for all orders over €90.
For purchases under €90, shipping costs €7 for Italy, €15 for the EU; outside the EU, please send us a request.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major payment methods (credit card, debit card, PayPal).
We are pleased to inform you that if you choose PayPal,
you can split the payment into 3 installments.
Buy now and split the cost into 3 equal payments, interest-free.
We also accept payments by bank transfer.
In this case, please contact us and we will send you our bank details.

Acquadimiramare.com never receives your payment information.
If the transaction is authorized, the order will be processed
the same day it is received if received by 3:00 PM.
Otherwise, it will be processed the next business day.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The customer has 14 days from delivery of the products
to return them to the following address:

Before returning the product, the customer is invited to send an email to info@acquadimiramare.com stating their intention to do so,
specifying their order number and name.
The customer will receive confirmation of the return authorization.
The customer is required to package the product carefully
to avoid damage during shipping.
The item must be intact and complete,
including its original box with the purchase receipt.
Incomplete, damaged, used (even with just a few sprays),
or modified items will not be accepted.
The value of the returned products, net of any initial delivery charges (€7 for Italy, €15 for the EU; for non-EU customers, see Shipping table), will be refunded to the customer,
no later than 30 days after the date the return is received.
If you require a refund using a different payment method than the one used during checkout,
please notify Customer Service.
Return shipping costs and the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer.
We therefore recommend using reliable, express couriers.
