The Acqua di Miramare brand was born from a love of the sea and draws inspiration from the spectacular
Gulf of Trieste, in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
This stretch of the Adriatic coast is one of the most beautiful in the world, with sparkling pebbles and crystal-clear waters.
The Mediterranean climate manifests itself in the wild nature of the cliffs overlooking the sea, the spectacular cliffs.
It is the northernmost bay of the Adriatic Sea and has historical importance,
having connected Vienna to the sea during the Habsburg Empire.
There are many spots along it where you can stop
and admire splendid sea views.
The magic of the Gulf of Trieste lies
in the unique embrace between the Karst and the Adriatic.
This landscape, often sculpted by the Bora wind that makes the air clear and the colors vivid, offers a suspended atmosphere, particularly evocative during nighttime boat tours that show the city illuminated by the sea.

The scent origins of Acqua di Miramare's fragrances are a blend of marine salinity, the penetrating, mineral scent carried by the Bora wind, which oxygenates the water, and the scent of karst Mediterranean vegetation
touching the sea.
The scent changes seasonally,
from winter freshness
to summer blooms.
When the Bora blows intensely, it causes strong evaporation, generating an intense salty scent, often described as "White Sea"
due to the foam it creates.
The Trieste coast is characterized by pine trees, brooms, and Mediterranean scrub that release balsamic essences that blend with the sea air.
This mix of elements makes the scent
of the Gulf of Trieste unique,
a meeting of karst land,
the Bora, and the open sea.
THE PACKAGING
Each fragrance tells a story
The Acqua di Miramare packaging evokes the local landscape.
Each fragrance is illustrated by a drawing by illustrator Carlotta Zanettini. Born in Trieste, Carlotta collaborates with Italian and international publishing houses, creating illustrated objects for companies and artisan brands. She holds workshops in schools, museums, and at festivals.
Her works are inspired by nature and magic.

Acqua di Miramare is a project that pays homage to Friuli Venezia Giulia
and was born from the idea of two Friulian entrepreneurs driven by the desire
to express their love for their homeland through artisanal perfumes.
Each fragrance is created in collaboration with the best Italian
fragrances, starting with a selection of high-quality raw materials
and evokes profound emotions, places, and identities.
